UI & UX Design for an E-commerce Checkout Flow.

 

Hickory Farms customers are shopping with either the sole intent for gift giving or a mix of gifting and personal shopping. They were experiencing a high bounce rate during the checkout process because shoppers were having difficulty trying to navigate their multi-ship process. After research, user testing, and a series of stakeholder interviews, I designed a solution that helped the customer understand how to select multiple delivery locations on the same order and provided a clear sense of where they are throughout the entire checkout process. Their bounce rate dropped by nearly 30% and customer service stopped receiving calls regarding multi-ship.
