Discovery, Art Direction, and UI/UX Design for a $500 Litter Box

 

How do you get a cat lover to spend $500 on a litter box? You need a robust marketing team and a website equipped with enough qualitative knowledge to convince even the most skeptical of user – which we definitely had. However, you first have to identify and name your target audience so you can map features and products back to their needs. I created these personas for Litter-Robot after an extensive brand discovery process and used them as my north star when making design decisions during the redesign process.
